Among the General Trainings to be held under the Institutional Capacity Building Component, Effective Communication Techniques 1- Verbal Communication was held with the participation of Vocational Qualifications Authority employees. The training was completed with a 4-hour online training held via Zoom on November 12^th with 61 participants, after the online training platform was completed by the participants.
